Healthy fats: are they truly good for you? Let's analyze what "good" means.

Science, for fund-related reasons and due to the level of specialization that scientists tend to reach in their career on a specific field, tends to be very compartmentalized: when a scientist is an expert in metabolic disorders and studies what a certain food does to you, s/he is going to focus on physical and metabolic health.

In a similar way, science tends to be very subjective and to lack the actual objectivity necessary to provide a holistic view (just to clarify: holistic simply means: a complete, all inclusive, 360 degree view): scientists MUST bring forward their theories and hypotheses to keep being funded, to build a reputation, to gain wealth and power, to sell the products of their start up and spin offs, and to actualize the agendas of the fraternities, masonic organizations, and secret satanic societies they belong to. So, despite there is some truth to most scientific articles, there is also a severe lack of big picture view that prevents the reader - even the physicians, nutritionists, and dietologist that base their prescriptions and advice on scientific articles - and the general public from understanding what the holistic effects of food are.
