Perks of eating chocolate as a healthy snack

I've always loved chocolate but normalizing chocolate as a healthy snack is a different level.
I started eating chocolate as a snack in 2023, when I stopped drinking coffee after an awakening shamanic ceremony. I realized how unhealthy and useless coffee was, but I'll talk about this in another post. However, meantime, my body started craving more chocolate instead, perhaps also due to the sudden lack of caffeine, that is contained in chocolate too, although in a much lower amount than in coffee and by being released in the body in a much different and healthier way.
I used to eat highly caloric, unhealthy, full of sugar, milk chocolate, and so initially I started with whatever I would find on Ralph's shelves: dark chocolate covered almonds, Hershey's chocolate bars, and even Kinder snacks. But that's not what eating chocolate means.
